Gramatik and Eric Krasno Will Wash Away Your Worries With “Recovery” [Free Download]

It’s not always easy to spot the bright side of a shitty situation, but Gramatik managed to make the most out of an unfortunate leg injury that caused him to prematurely pull out of his last tour. With more free time on his hands, the electro soul kingpin was able to hunker down in the studio while his body bounced back to 100. In comes this little ball of joy by the name of “Recovery” (the title says it all), which sees him linking back up with Erik Krasno after they brought the pain on “Torture” back in 2014.

They get into more of a cool-your-jets kinda mood this time around, with the smooth operators fashioning a woozy beat that will soothe every inch of your soul. Krasno rubs the tender spots with the licks of his guitar and gently croons over the futuristic funk that Gramatik adds to the equation. It’s the type of joint to wash away all your woes, but we don’t think there should be too many to worry about when Gramatik swings into EDC Las Vegas this weekend.
