Dead Critic Drops Heavyweight Chest-Thumper “Laser Tag”

Dead Critic emerges from the shadows with the massive dubstep killer “Laser Tag,” sure to have all the squad up on the rails and snapping their necks to the beat. It’s the second single from the mysterious 16-year-old producer from the UK, whose name refers to the chilling story of a film aficionado who “scathed a film so bad that its producer had no choice but to silence the critic’s words by taking his life. Vowing to take his revenge, Dead Critic has risen from the grave, aimed at haunting all that led to his bloody slaying.”

As Dead Critic himself tells us: “For the second release of the EP, I really wanted to encapsulate the meaning of ‘Dead Critic,’ and what is more fitting to a ghostly skeleton than playing laser tag with someone who has lasers go straight through them? Let’s have some fun with our friends, I thought. The sounds that I create reach your ears but exist only in the afterlife. For that, you can thank the producer who took my life from me. And his movie still sucks.”

Even if narratives aren’t your thing, there’s no denying the dancefloor fire Dead Critic is capable of unleashing, as “Laser Tag” is a banger of the highest order.
