Despite being active in the field for only a few years at this point, Ty and Karin have already reached crazy renown under their Black Girl / White Girl project. The hype surrounding the Amsterdam-based twosome is expanding by the minute, as the girls continue to grace some of the finest labels the underground has to offer. Madtech, Great Stuff, and Love & Other are but a few that have felt their production prowess, with Strictly Deep now being added to the growing list.

“Play My Disco” has been pulled from the fresh two-tracker they’ve firmed up for the imprint. It’s a tough and sophisticated number, possessing an inescapable persuasion luring listeners to the floor. Intricately placed percussive patterns keep the movement headed in the right direction, while oddball embellishments skirt around the knockin’ basslines. The stunning cut comes with two remixes from Del-30 and Scurrilous, but the original is destined to get the most play.

They share their thoughts on the tune:

“Play My Disco” really has to be one of our biggest, most party-starting tracks to date. That’s exactly what we wanted to do when we were producing it: to make a track that is tough but groovy, catchy, and just urges you to hit the dancefloor. We’re super happy with the outcome. We’re also very pleased that this release has found a home at Strictly Deep, a label definitely worth keeping your eyes on in the near future. As we’re young and upcoming producers, we’re hyper-focused on championing our sound, our own take on house and techno, and pouring that into our productions. If we make it, we HAVE to love it. Hope you all will, too.

Available September 12 via Strictly Deep.
