‘Night Owl Radio’ 082 ft. Bonnie X Clyde and JSTJR

In this week’s episode, Pasquale gives a major nod to the Insomniac Records team and their clutch catalog by inviting on two of the label’s most recent signees. Before he brings them on, though, there’s the matter of blasting the brand-new tuneage he’s been feeling of late.

Bonnie X Clyde stop by the studio to have a quick chat and then proceed to play three joints from their debut EP, Wanted, as part of the Up All Night segment. The five-tracker hit stores today, and BXC was kind enough to hand over a track-by-track breakdown of the release earlier today.

Global bass phenom JSTJR is riding high on the three-track EP he turned in last week, by the name of Never Squad Down. He follows up in great shape with a guest mix that’s crawling with a shit-ton of flavor.

Instead of winding down, Pasquale puts things in overdrive to close out the show with a speaker-bruising mini-mix for the Bassrush Uprising show in May at the Hollywood Palladium.

Lastly, the iconic rave figure Slipmatt gives us a refresher on the massive crossover record he dropped in 1992 under his SL2 project.
