Proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test results within 72 hours of the event are required to enter. Please bring a copy of your vaccination card or negative test results and be prepared to provide it at the entrance. A photo of your vaccination card or negative test results on your phone will be accepted.

The festival is for 18+
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online here or in person at our box office on the day of the show, depending on availability – we recommend securing your ticket asap!
When will I receive my ticket?
You will receive your tickets within 48 hours of the event. For any ticketing-related concerns please contact email@example.com
As stated in the terms of purchase, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges. If you can no longer attend the event, we recommend you gift or sell your ticket to a friend or family member.
Do you allow pets?
Non-service animals are not allowed. Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; however, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Only legitimate service animals will be allowed within the festival footprint. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.
If you are bringing a service animal, make sure to check-in at the closest ADA Access Center for registration. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.
All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
– Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
– Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
– All animals should have legally required vaccinations that may be checked.
Is re-entry allowed?
No, re-entry is not allowed.
I forgot to print my tickets; can you scan them from my smartphone?
Yes, however, we recommend taking a screenshot to avoid any delays with entry.
Can I upgrade my tickets on the day of show?
Limited upgrades are available on-site, however, it’s based on availability. We recommend you secure your upgrades in advance!
Is smoking allowed and/or electronic cigarettes?
Yes, smoking and e-cigs are permitted.
Are there ADA accommodations?
ADA accommodations are made to the best of the venue’s ability throughout the entire venue including bathroom, seating, entry, exit, and more. Please check in with a staff member upon arrival at the entry gates.
Are there ATMs in the venue?
Yes, ATMs will be available and locations will be marked on the festival map.
Where should I park?
Several parking lots are available in the downtown area. You can pre-pay for parking at a discounted rate and view all lots available in the area here. Parking links will be located on the event page closer to the date.
What time does the event start?
The event starts at 6 PM and continues until 1 AM.
Will set times get posted in advance?
Yes. Set times will be posted closer to the event date via our social media sites and email updates.
Am I allowed to bring a bag in?
Small bags are permitted and will be checked upon entry. All bags larger than 12″ x 12″ (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) are prohibited.
Are hydro packs permitted?
Yes, hydro packs are permitted.
Are outside food or drinks allowed?
No outside food or beverages are permitted. Vendors will be located throughout the festival.
Is there a designated pick-up or drop-off for ride-sharing?
Yes! Uber pick up and drop off is located at the D valet. There will be marked signs throughout the venue on the day of the show.
I lost something! Is there a lost and found?
Yes, the lost and found is conveniently located next door at The D Hotel.

What does VIP include?

What kind of ID do I need?
You must present identification to enter the festival and/or purchase alcohol.
Acceptable forms of identification:
– Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
– Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (not valid for 21+ wristbands. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
– Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license — ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license.
