Since the release of his breakthrough single “Fairfax” back in 2011, US producer Johnny Yono has been making a name for himself by pushing the boundaries of trance music. Releasing a slew of huge progressive bangers on a variety of labels including Armada, Black Hole and Lange Recordings, he’s received support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Lange and Simon Patterson.
Notably different from his relentlessly pounding Poison Whispers EP, his latest single is a tribute to his weekly White Light Sessions radio show and features a powerful beat, heavenly breakdown and rousing spiritual vocals—all of which combine to create the roller coaster of emotions that trance lovers live for. It’s got pretty much everything you could want from a trance tune, and with Armin premiering it on his A State of Trance radio show, you know it’s going to be a big one.
