Mendo & Yvan Genkins’ Peak-Hour Banger “Hey Boy”

Swiss mates Mendo and Yvan Genkins are two great producers that sound great together. Hot on the heels of their recent Breaks EP, which landed at #14 on Beatport’s Top 100 tech house chart, this dynamic duo returns with their latest single for Anthony Attalla’s Incorrect imprint.

“Hey Boy” is a peak-hour tech-house banger that combines upfront vibes with some sleazy vocals. Then, “Liquid” keeps the party rockin’ into the wee hours with more firing dancefloor grooves.

“We are really happy to release this EP on Incorrect,” they tell Insomniac. “Firstly, because it’s a label we’ve followed for many years, but also because Anthony Attalla, who runs the label, is a close friend. ‘Hey Boy,’ the first track of this EP, is one we really love because it contains every element we like to play in our sets: It has an in-your-face vocal, fat and groovy bassline, and really efficient FX.”
