What are the age restrictions?
You must be 18+ to enter. A valid photo ID is required. Please see acceptable forms of ID below:
– Any US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
– Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristbands. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
– Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license.
What time does the event start?
The event starts at 4 PM and continues until 11 PM.
Will set times get posted in advance?
Yes. Set times will be posted closer to the event date via our social media sites and email updates.
What can I bring with me?

Are hydropacks allowed?
Yes! Hydropacks no more than 1 or 2 pockets are permitted. Must be empty upon entry and are subject to search.
Will there be free water stations?
Yes! There will be water stations available at the show.
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry is not permitted at Orlando Amphitheater. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket. *If you are ejected from the venue due to a policy violation there will be no re-entry allowed.
Is smoking allowed and/or electronic cigarettes?
Orlando Amphitheater is a non-smoking facility. Guests wishing to smoke will need to exit through the designated gate during the event.
Where can I park? Is there a designated pick-up or drop-off for ride-sharing?
Accessible Parking is located on-site. PARKING off property is park at your own risk. Parking fees for shows/festivals change depending on the event. There will be marked signs throughout the venue on the day of the show for rideshare or designated pick-up and drop-off.
I lost something! Is there a lost and found?
Lost & Found services will be available at the venue on show days.
Can I bring pets?
Amphitheater’s policy is consistent with the ADA’s and defines that a “service animal” is limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Under the ADA, “comfort,” “therapy,” or “emotional support animals” do not meet the definition of a service animal.
TOTEM GUIDELINES
– Maximum height is 10 feet.
– Totems must be made from a lightweight material (e.g., foam, PVC / no solid metal).
– Collapsible/telescoping camera extenders that follow the above guidelines are OK (lightweight/hollow aluminum/polycarbonate).
– PVC, light wood or aluminum poles must be no thicker than 1 inch in diameter.
– Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security.
– Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
– Any item deemed dangerous will not be allowed.
– Totems promoting illegal activity or hate speech will not be permitted. Please keep it PLUR.
WEATHER
The festival will take place rain or shine. Please keep up-to-date on weather reports and plan your attire and preparations accordingly.
ZERO TOLERANCE
We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. Police officers will be working inside and outside of the event, and all narcotics laws will be strictly enforced. Be responsible, and make smart choices.
SECURITY & ENTRY
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
