Pegboard Nerds “Emoji” (Party Thieves & Dr. Fresch Remix)

It’s a sure sign other producers have your back when more than 21 of them jump at the chance to get in on your remix pack. This is the current situation being savored by Scandinavian duo Pegboard Nerds, after garnering massive support on their Pink Cloud (The Remixes) EP. It must be nice to have a grocery list of needle-movers such as Rusko, Terravita and Bear Grillz down to have a go at your work. The Nerds must really be feeling the love right now.

Party Thieves and Dr. Fresch decided to squad up for their take on “Emoji,” as they tear up the original with their trapped-out flavor. The remix, as all should be, is a nice balancing act between the two entities with the presence of both distributed evenly, between the super wavey melodies in the build to the hit-‘em-with-all-you-got synth blares in the drop.
