Dirty Audio “Sky High” (Michael Sparks Remix)

All the mainstage regulars have been slipping Michael Sparks’ material into their sets of late, and with good reason: The Montreal-based producer isn’t afraid to deconstruct the big room formula and start over from scratch. He’s been pushing his own “tribal funk” movement most recently, but he goes the high-strung prog house route for his latest rework. Taking on Dirty Audio’s “Sky High,” Sparks is shown operating in top shape here, as he engages the boosters with slice-and-dice synth progressions that are carried by morbidly obese bass plucks.
