As a DJ, there’s no better feeling than playing the right track at the right time to the right crowd. Selection and sequencing—these are the tell-tale signs that a great DJ is at the controls.

Skream is just such a DJ, a true master behind the decks, making for a memorable night on the dancefloor. And you can catch the 31-year-old UK dubstepper-turned-headliner—aka Oliver Jones—moving the peak-time crowd at the seventh annual EDC Orlando November 10–11 at the historic Tinker Field.

As a warmup, we asked him to do us an exclusive mix, and he graciously obliged with 60 solid minutes of heart-racing house and techno. His inspiration? “It’s meant to sound like what the universe will sound like when the machines take over.”

So, what can die-hard Skream fans expect from his upcoming set at EDC Orlando? “My usual, really: new music, some stuff that’ll hopefully challenge some, big drops, and some memorable moments.”

“It’s always nice getting to play to a big crowd that are open to what I’m gonna play,” he adds. “And that always happens at Insomniac events.”

Stream Skream’s exclusive warmup mix for EDC Orlando 2017 below—and be sure to catch him alongside Jamie Jones, Green Velvet, Pan-Pot, Nathan Barato , Latmun, and Carlos Mendoza as they do their thing at neonGARDEN, hosted by Paradise.

EDC Orlando 2017 takes place Friday, November 10, and Saturday, November 11, at Tinker Field in Orlando, FL. Tickets are on sale now. For more information, visit the official website.
