Lux-Frágil’s music director and resident since day 1, Rui keeps a lifelong love affair with the art of sharing music – the right record, at the right time. A radio host and DJ since 1988 – having played alongside an all-star who’s who of House and Techno -, his eagerness for freshness and quality is translated into being one of the country’s most in-demand DJs.
A unique trendsetter, he showcases this ability not only with his bi-weekly show on the national public radio but obviously also behind the decks (his six-hour long sets being a Saturday night staple with a cult following) and, ultimately, working for the melting pot that is Lux’s musical programming.
