MUSUBI (Madison Riese) is a DJ and Artist originally from San Francisco, California.
With a profound passion for music and people, MUSUBI has been bringing in energy like no other and versatility to all of her sets, sure to get any crowd going. Refusing to be one-dimensional, she curates her own unique sound, from playing R&B mixed with modern rap/hip-hop, to trap, bass and tech house, and electronic music. Whether it’s a Hip-Hop, EDM, or House night, she knows how to run it. Known for her talent, energy, and ability to crowd control, MUSUBI has been noticed by local Bay Area based record label EMPIRE, and western Canada industry leader, Blueprint. She has played alongside artists like Kaytranada, Eric Prydz, BIA, A-Trak, Snoop Dogg, Wax Motif, SG Lewis, Joji, Smino, and Goldlink, just to name a few, all while playing premiere venues and nightclubs all over North America. She has also played at festivals such as Fvded In The Park (Main Stage), Escape Halloween (Main Stage), and Breakaway Music Festival. In early 2019, she founded the monthly event night, Nice For What. Currently, MUSUBI holds residencies all over the West Coast.
