Layton Giordani continues to reign as a trailblazer and label boss of MADMINDS in the house and techno world, solidifying his presence at the forefront of the global scene. A New York native, Giordani’s journey into electronic music began in his teens, inspired by the legendary sets of Danny Tenaglia at Pacha NY. This formative experience drove him to pursue a career behind the decks, eventually securing a pivotal residency at Output NY in Brooklyn. There, Giordani’s talent flourished, catching the attention of key figures in the techno scene.

Giordani’s big break came under the mentorship of Adam Beyer, the techno heavyweight behind the Drumcode label. With Beyer’s support, Layton released his debut Unspoken EP on Truesoul, followed shortly by his Drumcode debut Rivington, marking his arrival as a rising force in techno. His 2017 debut album Where It Begins earned widespread acclaim and cemented his status as a significant player.

The years that followed were marked by monumental collaborations and career-defining releases, including Live Again with Danny Tenaglia and Space Date with Adam Beyer and Green Velvet—the latter surpassing 19 million Spotify streams and achieving anthem status. Giordani’s 2020 sophomore album New Generation pushed his sound forward, blending influences across genres while expanding his creative boundaries.

His versatility continued to shine with releases such as the Hyperworld EP, the high-energy collaboration Rabbit Hole with HI-LO, and a collaborative remix of Voicemail with Green Velvet and Patrick Topping. These tracks garnered widespread acclaim and highlighted Giordani’s ability to reimagine music for a new era.

In 2024, Giordani released 10 standout tracks, including his remix of Last Night with Anyma, which rocketed to #1 overall on Beatport and surpassed 100,000 daily Spotify streams at its peak. Earlier that year, PATT (Party All The Time) with Adam Beyer and Green Velvet also topped the charts. Additional highlights included Paranoid, his debut on John Summit’s Experts Only label, his remix of Dom Dolla’s girl$, and the first official remix of deadmau5’s iconic Strobe.

Entering 2025, Giordani stands as one of the most influential names in house and techno. He kicked off the year with Act of God, nearing 3 million streams, followed by a powerful remix of John Summit’s Focus and At Night with Anyma, which surpassed 3 million streams in under two months. His music receives consistent global radio support, including heavy rotation from Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1, MistaJam on Capital and KISS, and Diplo’s Revolution on SiriusXM.

Fresh off a run of sold-out shows and major festival appearances—including headlining sets in NYC and Space Miami, performances at Coachella’s Yuma Tent, and closing sets at EDC Las Vegas—Layton Giordani continues to define the cutting edge of modern techno.
