Growing up in the bass-conscious Pacific Northwest, Lassi confronted jaded beats and reused samples all throughout his youth. Yet while others were playing expired sounds, he saw opportunity in generation gaps. Drawing influence from the likes of American Nightmare, Modern Life is War and the Suicide File: his only option was to bring his past into the present.

Today, the gigs have no guarantee. The crowd mixes genres, ages, and styles. Eclectic is the ethos, freedom is the culture, and unparalleled possibility is the style. While others take refuge in automation, Lassi continues to push his limits. Connecting vintage analog, thrash progression, and industrial bass house – Lassi is leaving crowds inspired.
