A proud advocate of the Chicago sound, Karsten Sollors draws his influence from some of the scene’s most acclaimed names whilst retaining a strong penchant for soulful vocals and infectious grooves. Largely defined by earnest transmissions of sincere and electric energy, Karsten’s undeniable drive and dedication has proven to be key in ensuring his assent within the international dance music scene alongside his raw passion for music. Having commercially released more than 60 records to date, Karsten was invited to join the highly coveted Grammy Recording Academy both as a key voting member, and in 2022 elected as Governor on the Board of the midwest chapter. He has since seen releases across a wealth of highly respected imprints including Circus Recordings, Toolroom Trax, Repopulate Mars, Material Series, Nervous and Farris Wheel. Whilst respectfully honoring the pioneers that came before him, he continues to evolve into a devoted representative of contemporary house music scoring numerous Top Ten’s and key plays on BBC Radio 1 and KISS FM. With the launch of [Sollors Systems] bringing in a new and conceptual approach to label identity inclusive of music and lifestyle. Serving top charting releases and over 30 diverse artists sign to date. Following up on this success, 2023 is set to be a very busy year for the Canadian with a significant nonstop multinational tour schedule, and heavily anticipated releases.
