Fátima has traversed her native Mexico and U.S.A. weaving percussive folklore with a tech attitude into a melange she calls “driving, earthy and bold.” Her sets crafting eclectic soundscapes that drive audiences to celebrate with vivacious movement. Her productions mixing unpredictable instrumental palates, utilizing everything from vintage space mission recordings to guiros, Egyptian fiddles, jaw harps and accordions. She founded the international collective Sisters in Sound to champion women and diverse DJs and Producers and form grassroots networks of emerging artistic and entrepreneurial communities.
