Exploring a sonic universe of bass music, Matt DeSumma derived The Cyber G Project by combining elements of dubstep with experimental sound design. By constantly pushing the boundaries of production, The Cyber G Project has gained support from artists such as Excision, Dion Timmer, Dirt Monkey, Jantsen, Mersiv, Lucii, and many more. With a copious amount of success within the first year of the project, Cyber G completed a twelve-city nationwide “Deep Space Tour”. Summer of 2019, Cyber G released his debut four-song “Invaded” EP, which includes premieres from This Song Slaps, River Beats, Conscious Electronic, and Electric Hawk. On to the festival circuit, Cyber G made his rounds with slots at Elements, Big Dub, Soundhaven, High Caliber, and Warehouse of Horrors. Throughout festival season he shared the stage with artists such as San Holo, The Glitch Mob, Ekali, Charles the First, Ivy Lab, Truth, G-Rex, and Shlump. Despite twenty-twenty being such a devastating year for the music industry, Cyber G managed to make the most of it by joining Excision’s Evolution Tour in Philadelphia and releasing songs on Subsidia and 19k Records. Cyber G has previously supported artists such as: Excision, Moody Good, Phase One, Wooli, Blunts & Blondes, Yheti, Jantsen, LUZCID, Champagne Drip, and many more.
