Whether he’s transporting you to the realms of psychedelia, world music, disco, or rave, Lubelski has a knack for creating wild, eclectic beats that are undefined by trends. As a multi-instrumentalist and self-proclaimed audiophile, Lubelski brings together unique styles of synthesis through a mix of analog gear, vinyl and digital sampling, as well as unorthodox methods of sound design to produce music that straddles the line between sensual and idiosyncratic.
Lubelski’s catalog includes a breadth of releases with esteemed labels Nervous, Sweat It Out!, Anabatic, Room Temp and Popgang, under his various aliases. However, it’s his work with Desert Hearts that put his Lubelski moniker on the map. Launching a string of releases with his debut EP on the label, Keep Going EP, Lubelski’s momentum has only sped up, garnering wide support from heavy hitters like Latmun, Pirupa, De La Swing, Gene Ferris, and Riva Starr, Jamie Jones, Luna City Express, David Scuba, Doctor Dru, Groove Armada, Denney, Dennis Ferrer, and Doc Martin.
Tipping off 2018 on a high note, Lubelski co-produced “Just For The High” with Hot Natured’s Anabel Englund and Desert Hearts’ RYBO, on their Call U Rite Back EP. In the months following, RYBO and Lubelski cooked up their Dance Machine EP, featuring a remix from Supernova on the legendary Italian duo’s LAPSUS imprint.
Along the way, Lubelski caught the attention of the legendary psychonaut duo, Audiojack, releasing his bouncy, slightly psychedelic, and lushly produced Revolution EP, acting as a springboard for the young producer’s 2018 Summer. Following up with yet another massive collaboration with RYBO, the two rising talents blended their world influences with a warehouse approach that culminated in the anthem of the summer, ‘Favela Funk’ remaining in the Beatport Top 15 for more than 6 weeks.
Lubelski is quickly making plays as a standout act in the house music circuit.
