Jerome Price Delivers Upbeat House Rework of “Drench Me With Your Lust”

UK house producer Jerome Price has been steadily proving his skills as a main-room house specialist the past few years, remixing huge names in the pop world, like Avicii and Justin Bieber. With his latest remix for London-based vocalist AMiR, he’s demonstrating once again his knack for reworking pop and R&B into a form that works for the dancefloor.

Steering clear of the EDM, Price’s remix is steeped in classic house vibes and set at a tempo that’s ready for peak-time. Pitching AMiR’s vocals down to slow motion gives them the same vibe so often heard in deep house the past few years, though this “Drench Me With Your Love” remix is more focused on rollicking, accessible vibes.

“Jerome Price was the perfect choice to remix this song,” AMiR tells Insomniac. “I heard his remix of Kilian & Jo’s ‘Suburbia’ and loved it. His remix of ‘Drench Me With Your Lust’ got me bouncing, so I guess it will get everyone else bouncing, too!”
