Congratulations, you made it—the last stop on the Road to EDC! So what happens when the music inside the Speedway stops? For Headliners looking to enhance or extend their experience, Las Vegas boasts countless hidden gems, secret locales, and fan favorites for all your eating, drinking, tanning and pampering needs. Navigate your surroundings with these geo-targeted pro tips.

Commonwealth
525 Fremont St. Las Vegas, NV 89101

There’s a good chance you’ll end up dancing in the upstairs patio to eclectic tracks from the resident DJ, but don’t overlook the downstairs bar area. The space boasts some serious cocktails and even a “secret room” with a separate cocktail list. This Freemont Street watering hole feels like the neighborhood bar you wish were around the corner. Since it’s not, take your time and don’t rush; the friendly atmosphere grows on you.

Park on Fremont
506 Fremont St. Las Vegas, NV 89101

If you had a favorite aunt with a big backyard and a penchant for throwing huge, all-night family dinner parties, it would look a lot like Park on Fremont. This gastropub makes meeting new friends a breeze, and the center patio’s festively lit tree brings strangers together quicker than a flat-screen TV on Thanksgiving. The kitschy artifacts may seem like a bit much at first, but by the end of the evening, you’ll want your own collection of conversation pieces.

The Linq
3545 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

The Linq is a can’t-miss entertainment district that boasts countless shopping, dining and drinking options. Its decidedly un-Vegas, open-air, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere is also home to the High Roller, the world’s largest observation wheel, standing at a towering 550 feet. The Linq features venue favorites the Brooklyn Bowl and its 32 bowling lanes, the Haute Doggery and its delicious gourmet hot dogs, Koto, a kitschy accessory shop, Sprinkles Cupcakes, and Chili Beans Sunglasses. Polaroid Fotobar is also home to the first-ever Polaroid Museum, as well as an “experiential retail destination” that helps guests transform their images into unique Polaroid products and prints.

The Bellagio Conservatory and Gardens
3600 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

The scent of fresh-cut flowers and the sun-drenched conservatory and gardens are steps away from the high-energy casino floor; yet the atmosphere at this tranquil spot inside the Bellagio is anything but typical Las Vegas. Take a leisurely stroll in this impressive free exhibit, and reset your soul while more than 100 horticulturists arrange flowers, trees and plants to celebrate the changing seasons. Get there between 10:30 and 11:30 am, and you can pose questions to the professionals that make these gardens one of the best things to see in Las Vegas.

Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian
3355 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

The art of the cocktail is best experienced with a knowledgeable bartender. Ask for Max at Delmonico Steakhouse inside the Venetian, and have him make you a Grandiose Old Fashioned. Class in a glass is what he does best.

Aria Spa
3730 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

Treat yourself to some relaxation and rejuvenation after a long weekend of dancing at the kineticFIELD, rocking out at the EDC Week daytime pool parties, and roaming the Speedway with thousands of fellow Headliners. After your massage, hit a Ganbanyoku bed of hot coals and feel the heat bring your body back to life.

Wallworks at the Cosmopolitan
3708 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

Sure it’s a parking garage, but you can see original pieces by contemporary artists Shepard Fairey, Retna, Kenny Scharf and Shinique Smith in this most unlikely of spaces. Appreciate graffiti as mural in an impressive display of urban street art.

Stay Well Rooms at the MGM Grand
3799 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

One long day of nonstop dancing can be hard on your body, so one long night in a room designed to revitalize your well-being should be mandatory. Outfitted with aromatherapy, air purification, Vitamin C shower systems, and advanced room lighting, these spa rooms at the MGM will recharge you for days two and three of EDC madness, and they are bliss for post-EDC decompression.

Stupidiotic at New York-New York
3790 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

If it’s different, weird, strange and unique, Stupidiotic has it. Novelty or not, this is the perfect place to find tons of stuff you never knew you needed but can’t live without. It’s also a great place for any last-minute EDC costume ideas or needs.

Peppermill Fireside Lounge
2985 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

It might be the waitresses in long evening gowns, or the oversized fireplace roaring nonstop, or the giant cocktails, or the deep leather booths, but the retro feel of the Peppermill has been bringing people in for decades. It’s old-school Las Vegas, baby!

Freakin’ Frog
4700 South Maryland Pkwy. Las Vegas, NV 89109

With a beer list stocking over 1,000 selections and a whiskey attic with more than 500 brands, you might think it’s all about the drinks at the Freakin’ Frog. This off-Strip bar near the UNLV campus is a cross between a dive and a local gem. It also happens to have good live music.

Neon Museum
770 North Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89101

The history of Las Vegas, as told by its trademark bright lights and iconic signs, comes to life at the Neon Museum. The vintage landmarks and signs tell the story of how this small desert town became a worldwide destination. This is where the neon signs of days past come to rest.

The Mob Museum
300 East Stewart Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89101

The Mob Museum sheds light on the players, the characters, and the mob lifestyle that influenced Las Vegas and American society in ways few people can comprehend. The collection features an array of interactive exhibits and high-tech theater presentations, as well as rare artifacts and law enforcement memorabilia. Highly entertaining and educational.

Fremont Street Experience
425 Fremont St. Las Vegas, NV 89101

Classic Vegas can still be found under the 12.5 million synchronized LED lights set to the swinging music on Fremont Street. Just look up at the free show that extends the length of the street, and you’ll be transported to a bygone era where everything old is new again.

Container Park
707 Fremont St. Las Vegas, NV 89101

This playful, art installation-like pocket park on Fremont Street caters to kids and families during the day and to adults after the sun sets. Nearby boutiques, bars, food and fun add to this Downtown Las Vegas neighborhood attraction.

Carlos’n Charlie’s at the Flamingo
3555 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89101

It’s touristy to the max, but get a group of fun-loving people together on the patio, and Carlos‘n Charlie’s transforms into a prime locale for unwinding and meeting new people. The spring break-style venue is fueled by ’80s music and cheesy decor, all right in the center of the Strip.

Daily Kitchen & Wellness Bar
3645 South Town Center Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89101

This juice bar with food options puts together fresh, made-to-order wellness drinks (such as the Harmony, Restore and Balance), while providing healthy eats like fresh salads and a collard green-wrapped burger. The Captain Planet juice is a must.
