Sonny and Finn Murphy are the creative force behind Murphy’s Law, a dynamic brother duo from Leicester who have spent over half a decade crafting their signature sound. Raised in a music-centric environment, their productions and DJ sets move seamlessly through House, Tech House, and beyond, always driven by groove, soul, and an energy that resists pigeonholing.

Their music has earned consistent support from some of the industry’s most respected tastemakers, including Jamie Jones, Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, Jaguar, Eats Everything, Archie Hamilton, Rossko, and Solardo, alongside regular airplay on BBC Radio 1.

Murphy’s Law have delivered standout releases on leading labels such as Metamorfosi, Defected, Hot Creations, Bass Jamz, PIV, and Three Six Zero, cementing their place among the next wave of influential electronic acts.

On stage, they’ve lit up major events worldwide, from Metamorfosi at Hï Ibiza and Paradise at The Warehouse Project & UNVRS, to Parklife Festival, Amnesia Ibiza, and international tours across the US, Australia, and New Zealand. Their recent US run saw them headline iconic venues including Sound (LA), Floyd (Miami), and Bauhaus (Houston), alongside appearances at Seismic, Beyond Wonderland Chicago, and CRSSD Festival.

2025 marked a new milestone with the launch of their own label and event series, Lawless, a platform dedicated to championing emerging talent. The debut featured a four-stop UK club tour and a first compilation highlighting artists such as Guy Mac, James View, and Murphy’s Law themselves. Earlier this year, they completed a headline UK run under the Lawless banner, inviting standout names including Riordan, George Smeddles, Ruze, and Robbie Doherty.

This year sees them continue their global rise, with appearances at EDC, a run of US shows, support for Odd Mob at Petco Park’s Gallagher Square, and performances at Paradise’s UNVRS.

With over 250 unreleased tracks in their vault and growing global support, Murphy’s Law are entering their next chapter, one defined by bigger releases, larger stages, and unmistakable dance floor impact.
