With a love for the cinematic and a penchant for evocative melodies, distinguished DJ/producer and fellow visual innovator Porter Robinson also joins the massive Countdown NYE 2017 lineup. Starting his music production career at the young age of 13, Porter’s first endeavor into electronic music came through the arcade-stomping game Dance Dance Revolution. Following the release of his hard-hitting Spitfire EP via OWSLA, Porter reinvented his sound and created a style of music reflective of his own taste and experience. Thus came about his debut album, Worlds, an immaculate musical masterpiece and the best album of 2014.
