The music of Jake Stanczak, better known as American producer and DJ, Kill the Noise, was born out of an era where Ridley Scott imagined utopian futures on the silver screen, and artists like NIN and Aphex Twin rocked MTV.
After channeling the influences of his youth through over a decades’ worth of forwarddriven electronic releases (Roots, Kill Kill Kill, Black Magic, Occult Classic), and charismatic live shows (Coachella, EDC Lollapalooza, Hardfest), the name “Kill the Noise” has become synonymous with some of the leading acts in dance music — getting creative in the studio with the likes of Dillon Francis, Deadmau5, AWOLNATION and Skrillex — and as 2016 unfolds, he’ll be unveiling even more material.
Fresh off his second MTV Video Music Award win, and more driven than ever to push forward on all platforms of audio and visual collaboration, Kill the Noise now has sights set on a massive stretch of international tour dates, as well as an upcoming EP of original work.
Ray Volpe is one of those producers who isn’t afraid in taking the time to perfect his craft and create his own signature sound. Through his years of dedication as one of the youngest prodigies in bass music, Ray has gathered support from some of the biggest names in dance music including Diplo, Excision, Porter Robinson, Dillon Francis, Flosstradamus, NGHTMRE, Jauz and many more.
The Long Island to Charlotte wunderkind isn’t just a dynamic producer, as Ray is able to flex his talents as a vocalist, which can be heard on some of his original tracks, including the title record from his critically acclaimed EP, Bipolar. Aside from his exceptional original works, Ray has put out official remixes for Getter on OWSLA, GTA, Brillz and others. With all this success at such a young age, the good people at SLVYVLL have added him to their management roster that includes Borgore & Getter.
East Coast-bred, West Coast-based producer FAWKS (Garrett Lockhart) has found his way from the D.C. underground to the main rooms of LA's best clubs with a sound that confidently traverses genres, unifying a wide range of sounds in to a single narrative.
A graduate of the prestigious recording school ICON Collective, which produced Mak J, Jauz, Protohype, and others, Fawks leaves no corner of the musical atlas untouched, pulling influences anywhere from UK bass-line to Indian bhangra, and all points in between. with Releases on Ministry of Sound, Fire Power, & Vicious, and millions of plays online, FAWKS' sound has put him front and center of the scene. Past and upcoming collabs with his homies Ghastly, Jauz, and Kayzo, solidity his role as one of the true emerging talents rising from the LA underground.
You can hear FAWKS on the weekly EDM.com radio shows 'Future FWD', and 'Static FM'.
