The Anjunabeats North America Tour lands at Belasco Theater in Los Angeles on Saturday, May 13!
Andrew Bayer B2B Ilan Bluestone
Few artists in today's electronic space can claim the same depth and versatility as Andrew Bayer.
He's produced some of the biggest Anjunabeats anthems of recent years, released albums of glitchy critically acclaimed electronica, and co-produced Above & Beyond's Group Therapy and We Are All We Need albums. In the background, he's also produced for leftfield bands, soundtracked short movies, and made himself an inspiration to both experienced and upcoming producers.
After playing some of the world's greatest dance music arenas including Madison Square Garden, London's Brixton Academy, Ultra Music Festival in Miami, and the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, Andrew has shown that his unique, musical style can rock the biggest rooms around the world.
Bayer was born in Washington D.C. but he has now called Boston, New York, Los Angeles, and London home. His young love of electronic music eventually lead him to the renowned Berklee College of Music, where he honed his production prowess, musicality, and developed the unique soundscape that he is known for today.
With his innovative approach to production and instinctive command of melody, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in almost every style of dance music including trance, progressive house, breaks, trip-hop, ambient, and everything in-between. Bayer has produced two full-length studio albums (2011's It's Artificial, 2013's If It Were You, We'd Never Leave) and a plethora of EPs during his career. His most recent EP was the ambitious 5-track 'Anamnesis" EP- a seamless journey through cinematic sounds, progressive textures, electronica influences, and big room energy.
Continuing to progress as a DJ, producer and musician, and with a hotly anticipated third artist album on the way, Andrew Bayer is a name that will be at the forefront of dance music for years to come.
In the last year, London-based producer Ilan Bluestone has gone from unknown newcomer, to one of the most promising new acts on the international dance music scene.
He discovered his love for music at an early age by self-teaching guitar and keyboard, which resulted in a passion for that 'progressive' sound he builds on today.
With recent releases "Namaste" and "Capetown" on Anjunabeats, Bluestone has become a permanent fixture in Above & Beyond's recent DJ sets as well as gaining comprehensive support from other international DJ's including Tiësto, Arty, Gareth Emery and Myon & Shane 54. "Capetown" received an overwhelming amount of love from DJ's and dance music lovers around the world and was recently featured on Jordan Suckley's BBC Radio 1's "In New DJ's We Trust" show.
Inspired by the likes of Above & Beyond, Arty and Swedish House Mafia, as a producer Bluestone always has a little extra in his record bag. From his celebrated "On Our Own", a collaboration with Israeli producer Maor Levi, to his eastern inspired "Namaste" and the incredible remix of "Remolino", to remixing for Paul Van Dyk on the recent track "I Don't Deserve You", Bluestone has the ability to shower music lovers with his uplifting, original material and brilliant remixes of some of the best dance music today.
With a dedicated fanbase that is building rapidly, Bluestone is sure to ignite dance floors around the world with his unique and inspiring tracks, which he hopes will put a smile on everyone's faces.
Fatum (meaning “Fate”) is a Grammy nominated dance act comprised of four American producers: Bill Hamel, Chad Newbold, Bruce Karlsson, and Daniel Davis. Heavily rooted within the dance community, these four producers joined forces at the beginning of 2015 to create a musical supergroup. Their goal is simple – “work together to produce the highest caliber of dance music”.
Within their first 12 months together, Fatum received a Grammy nomination for their remix of Jes’ “Hold On” which globally propelled their brand and demand within the industry to marquee status. This pent up demand along with many recent releases and remixes on labels such as Ultra, Big Beat, Anjunabeats, Armada, Black Hole, Ride, and with support from the likes of David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Above & Beyond, Paul Oakenfold, Markus Schulz, Myon & Shane 54 (amongst many others), now has Fatum recognized as one of dance music’s most exciting acts to emerge in quite some time.
Looking forward, Fatum has original content scheduled to be released on Anjunabeats, Armada, Zerothree, Black Hole, and Ride. Those, along with remixes for Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Paul Oakenfold, and Tangerine Dream, has continued to increase the demand for Fatum productions… and there seems to be no sign of it stopping based on all the support of their ever growing fan base.
Jason Ross is one of the great young talents in dance music, highlighted by Above & Beyond as their breakthrough artist of the year, and being named an Artist to Watch by renowned electronic music blogs like LessThan3 and YourEDM. Some of dance music’s finest artists are lining up to support him, including Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Seven Lions, Kaskade, Andrew Bayer, ilan Bluestone, Cosmic Gate, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, Paul Oakenfold and Gareth Emery.
Early 2014 saw Jason’s true beginning when “Burma” was released, landing him squarely on the radar of the Anjunabeats A&R team and Above & Beyond, who played the track in their weekly Group Therapy Radio show (ABGT). The next week, listeners of ABGT voted “Burma” to be played again as Record of the Week, and then again for the following week’s show. It would be an understatement to say it’s rare for a non-Anjunabeats track to be played in three consecutive episodes of the radio show. For perspective, it’s happened less than 5 times in nearly 600 total episodes going back to 2004. Jason signed to Anjunabeats soon after.
His tracks have proven to be bona fide dance floor gold, blasting through sound systems at Madison Square Garden, the EDC Vegas Main Stage, and countless other venues. Above & Beyond and many others continue to see massive crowds surge with excitement whenever they drop a Jason Ross track. The balance of powerful emotion and electrifying energy created in his productions is proving to be a perfect yin and yang, earning him the “future face of trance” crown by Electric Daisy Carnival creators Insomniac.
Since “Burma” he has released a sequence of galvanizing tunes on the label, including “Elements,” “Cairo,” and his collaboration with Wrechiski, “Atlas,” which quickly shot up to the #1 spot on the Beatport Trance chart. Most recently, “Coaster” and “Monarch” have been heaping up praise, including support from the Anjunabeats core of A&B, Andrew Bayer and ilan Bluestone, along with Seven Lions, Armin van Buuren, Gareth Emery, Andrew Rayel, Andi Durrant, Markus Schulz, Ben Gold, Andy Moor, Cosmic Gate, Super8 & Tab, Dennis Shepherd, Kyau & Albert and many more.
